Being recognized as a Water Smart Partner is a high honor. Since the inception of the Water Smart Partners Program in 2000, the Partners are introduced to the membership at the Annual Conference. AWBD salutes the exemplary effort put forth by these districts. Consultant Partners debuted in 2003.
