In 1992, AWBD created the Visions Award to recognize and to honor those individuals whose dedication to the principles and mission of the Association far exceeds the standards of exemplary service and hard work our members both expect and deserve. The Visions Award is a crystal obelisk symbolizing the clarity of vision and purpose which characterizes the commitment and achievements of those honored with its presentation.

Since the Award was first created 15 years ago, only 23 individuals have been honored with the most prestigious award the Association has to offer.
