You’ll want to start 2009 in a great way - by attending the 2008 Mid Winter Conference. And, it’s as easy as ONE - TWO. To register, just complete two simple steps:
(1.) Register for the Mid Winter Conference through AWBD and
(2.) Housing - Click here for the link to the housing form to make your reservations for the conference in Austin, Texas. You do not register for housing through AWBD. |

Step
1. - Conference
Registration. Registration for the 2009 Mid Winter Conference is the responsibility of each individual participant. If another party (such as an employee or consultant) is handling registration on your behalf, follow up to be sure your registration was received by the AWBD office and processed correctly. You will receive registration directly from the office. If you haven’t received confirmation within a reasonable time, contact the AWBD office.
There
is no on-site registration.
For On Line Registration, click here. Complete the form in full and hit "Register" and you’re on your way to the 2009 Mid Winter Conference.
To register by mail or fax, click here. Print out both the Conference Registration Form and the Emergency Data Form. Complete in full and send to the AWBD office. Registration is for one delegate and one guest only. Your guest must be 21 years of age or older.
When the office receives your forms, your registration will be processed and registration confirmation will be sent directly to you. Check your confirmation when it arrives. Notify the office immediately if you feel there's an error. If registration confirmation is not received in a timely manner, notify the office at once.
Completing The Mid Winter Conference Registration Process.
Choose your method of registering: On-line or by mail/fax. Complete all information requested, including the name of your guest, and all emergency information. Indicate all the events that you and/or your guest plan to attend..
Completing The Annual Conference Registration Process.
Submit the completed registration form on-line, by fax to 281.350-7092, or mail to the AWBD Office, 400 Randal Way, Suite 307, Spring, Texas 77388.

2. - Housing - Click here for the link to housing information for the 2009 Mid Winter Conference in Austin, Texas. Pay careful attention to reservation deadlines, guarantee policy and any additional fees. Reservations must be guaranteed by providing a deposit of one night’s rental plus sales tax by a major credit card or check made payable to the Hilton Hotel - Austin, Texas. Credit cards will be charged immediately for the deposit. |
